A local mining company wanted to give back to the community by using the local resources to grow supreme vegetables for their neighboring communities.  With rich soil and high quality water these naturally ventilated tunnels grow a wide variety of trellised vegetables with minimal input consumption. Saving energy, and producing high quality crops.
